Skuta is an urban settlement or area located on the Nyeri-Nairobi highway some 2.5 km or so away from town.It is one of the most populated estates in nyeri.Out of ten people you stop three or four reside in skuta.Some people have likened the estate to another populated estate in Nairobi called "PIPELINE".
Skuta houses people from all spheres of life, from low income earners to the middle class to the rich.That being said, property in this area is not cheap since its on a busy highway.The estate is characterised by good roads and fairly affordable housing rentals.Security is fairly good also and its just walking distance to town.Transport is also available at cheap prices 24/7.
