TRANSPARENCY UPDATE ***** I filmed this video in early June of 2025 and it was posted August 24th, 2025. Since the filming of this video, I have added stress relieving herbs to my daily routine. I found that I was going through burnout after pushing myself too hard with work, an imbalanced work/life balance and the stress of missing Nate while he was with family in Oregon. With my hormones fluctuating, this made everything more challenging so I felt it would be wise to support my body through it instead of struggling through it. They have helped me immensely and I am very happy I chose to include them. Stress is strong and even though I am very healthy and choose healthy options, a diet cannot take away life's stressors. It's been a really rough summer for us and I needed something to help.
