綺麗にインクが出なくなったのでプリンターヘッドを水で丸洗いにしてみた エプソン EP-801A Epson wash the printer head with water

エプソンのプリンターが、何回もヘッドクリーニングしているのですが綺麗にインクが出ないようになってしまったので、プリンターヘッド水洗いして清掃することにしました。
ノズルチェックパターンを印刷してみたところ、黄色とピンク色が調子が良くないようです。
今回最初にやろうと思ってたのは、インクをはめているケースの部分の洗浄でしたが色々と外すところが多そうだったので、ヘッドクリーニングをまずやってみることにします。

プリンターヘッドの先端は、とても小さな穴ですので目詰まりするということが理解できました。
注入器のセンターにシリコンホースを接続してそこから強制的に水を入れていけばシャワーのように最後が出ると思うのですが、その動画手元にないため水洗いしました。

熱めのぬるま湯に浸け込む作業を数回繰り返し、ぬるま湯の中で何度もプリンターヘッドを振ってインクを綺麗に洗浄しました。

精密部品で、基板などが入っていますので水が入っていると電源を ON にした時にショートする可能性が高いので、電源を入れる前に1日程度しっかりと乾燥させてから配線を繋ぎ電源を入れましょう。

今回は作業がうまくいかなかったようで、電源をオンにしましたケースはスライドしますが、本体が認識しないようで上手く動作しなくなりました。
多分、配線ライン が損傷してしまったような感じがします。
それか、水でジャブジャブ洗っていますので基盤が壊れてしまった可能性も考えられます。
配線はとても柔らかく、作業しづらかったので傷つけてしまった可能性もとても高いです。

今回は結局失敗に終わりましたが、挑戦してみて良かったと思います。
プリンターの構造の勉強になりました。

プリンターヘッドを外すときのポイント
1.　四つのネジを外す（右下のネジは黒色です）
2.　インクを供給するラインを外す（2本のネジで止まっています）
インクの線を外すと液が漏れてきますので、ウエスなどを用意しておくといいでしょう。
3.　プリンターヘッド本体を静かに持ち上げます
（強引に引っこ抜いてしまうと破損の原因になりますので慎重にやりましょう）
4.　配線を抜きます（とても柔らかい繊細な部品ですので、傷つけないように慎重に作業してください）
5.　洗浄します

洗浄するときのコツ
今回水洗いしてみて最終的に動きませんでしたので、プリンターヘッドの穴の空いてる部分をエタノールなどを使い綺麗に洗浄してみるのを第一段階としてやるとプリンターを壊さずにそのまま使えるかなと思いました。

今回で水で洗う時は、水中でじゃぶじゃぶと振りながら洗い、つけおきしました。
注入器にシリコンホースをつけれる道具を使って強制的に水で洗浄するのが簡単で早く終わると思います。

I think that if you connect a silicone hose to the center of the injector and forcibly add water from there, the end will come out like a shower, but I washed it with water because it was not at hand.
 
The process of immersing in warm lukewarm water was repeated several times, and the printer head was shaken many times in lukewarm water to thoroughly clean the ink.
 
Since it is a precision part and contains boards etc., it is highly possible that a short circuit will occur when the power is turned on if water is contained, so dry it for about one day before turning on the power, then connect the wiring and turn on the power. Let's put it in.
 
This time it seemed that the work did not go well, the power was turned on The case slides, but it did not work well because the main body did not recognize it.
Maybe it feels like the wiring line has been damaged.
Or, it is possible that the base has been broken because it is washed with water.
The wiring was very soft and it was hard to work, so it is very likely that it was damaged.
 
I ended up failing this time, but I'm glad I tried it.
I learned about the structure of the printer.
I'll use it for the next opportunity! !
 
Tips for removing the printer head
1. Remove the four screws (the lower right screw is black)
2. Remove the ink supply line (stopped with two screws)
If you remove the ink line, the liquid will leak, so it is better to prepare a rag.
3. Gently lift the printer head
(If you pull it out forcibly, it may cause damage, so be careful!)
4. Pull out the wiring (because it is a very soft and delicate part, please work carefully not to damage it)
5. Wash
 
Tips for cleaning
After washing with water this time, it finally did not work, so if you try to clean the part of the hole in the printer head with ethanol etc as a first step, if you can use it without breaking the printer thought.
 
When washing with water this time, I washed with shaking in the water and soaked it.
I think it is easy and quick to force clean with water using a tool that can attach a silicone hose to the injector.
