B7 Audi A4 Outer CV Axle Boot Replacement/Rebuild

Step by step guide, on how to replace the front CV Axle Outer Boot on a B7 Audi A4 Quattro with a 2.0T Engine. In the process I will also show how to rebuild the axle. This should be applicable on the Audi A4 quattro's from these years 2002-2008.
