This project represents the creation of a brand identity and franchise model for a local heritage sweet shop. The compact site presented spatial challenges, which inspired us to optimize every corner with functional design solutions.

The site’s existing forces and character guided our approach, leading to the introduction of a shortcut connection through the market, transforming the outlet into a focal point of interaction and visibility.

In developing the design, we explored colour psychology, food psychology, and sweet preservation techniques, ensuring that the space not only enhances the customer experience but also upholds the cultural and culinary heritage of the brand.
