20 Min GENTLE WALKING WORKOUT for Seniors and True Beginners | Low Impact/No Equipment/No Talking

This is a 20 minute low impact, gentle walking workout designed for true beginners and seniors. Walk at home as you get those steps in for improved health and weight loss. Walk at your own pace and take breaks as needed. You won't need any equipment for this workout. In the video, I'll give a brief intro but once we start working out, there will be no talking...just music.
