Arrived w the stopper broken.
This is actually my SECOND purchase of this item and I actually feel bad about writing this, because it’s a great little decanter and they packed it in more bubble wrap than I’d EVER seen any purchase that I’ve bought so far.
They wrapped it and taped it and I absolutely could not believe that the cap was broken when I finally got through it all.
If you’re a representative of this company and reading this, I commend your efforts—but— you have to wrap the stopper separately to guarantee that the jostling of the box won’t put undue pressure of the place where it goes together.
This is actually my second purchase of this item and I’m happy with the first, so I’m not going to give it a scathing review because it’s really nice and a value for the price.
It’s just a pain to go through the return process.
Five stars otherwise.
