Is there anything cuter than a baby koala?

We all love baby animals, they are just so darn cute and cuddly but (we think anyway) that the cutest baby animal in the world must be a koala joey.

All babies - human and animal need constant care and attention to survive and being cute is one of the main ways they get it - did you know that?
Additionally humans are naturally programed to nurture and take care of babies and we have a particular pull towards baby animals that have faces that resemble those of human babies - bigger and rounder heads and bigger eyes! The fluffiness on top really taps into our neurons too.

Baby koalas are just so vulnerable and look it too. Hobi here in this video is our little miracle boy who was found in a really compromised state and wasn't expected to make it. Because of the prompt actions of a member of the public phoning our 24/7 koala rescue hotline and the actions of our vets and expert home carer, Hobi made a remarkable recovery. He wouldn't be here if it weren't for our Northern Rivers Koala Hospital.
