There is a term which is used for night fall which is called Dhat syndrome. So there are various connotations to this problem .It can be highly bothersome, lot of doctors advise to ignore it but it becomes difficult to ignore. Now, there are various ways to suppress this. An excessive amount of discharge like this makes the male little un- natural and consequently it needs to be treated in many instances simple treatment , a medication will help to reduce this contraction because this is perceived as unclean when this happens. So this is matter of concern to for lot of young adults who are not married and it can happen to men after marriage and that can be quite distressing, but there are treatment options available in the form of medicines and is completely controllable.
