Doesn't matter where you are in the arena--just make a grid of four tiles separated by L-moves. Pray range and wait for the first tentacle to appear. Once it does, you'll begin a sequence of attacking on the first and third tiles while swapping prayer on the second and fourth tiles. If you need to restore prayer, do that on a tile you would normally attack.

Bit of an outlier from my normal content, but I've been having a ton of fun fighting this boss and I wanted to share my extremely consistent strategy for the final phase. Works best with a 4-tick weapon like Trident.
