Another wild night with the local bpg riders, we started off the night waiting for one of the riders to swap his tire and change his oil. Once everyone was gathered we rode throughout the town, I had a very bald tire which resulted in not the most comfortable traction. One mistake pulling the clutch in mid wheelie shut the bike off and slammed me to the ground instantly. What makes this crash so lucky is the fact I never let go of the bike and slid with it to a complete stop. The bikes cage from @newbreedstunts absorbed all the damage as well as protected my body from contacting the road as I slid to a stop. I genuinely believe in these parts because of situations like this where they do exactly what they were intended to. After the crash we pulled over shortly after to assess the damages, rip the headlights off and bike still ran like a top. Carrying around headlights didn't seem practical so I donated them to one lucky stranger who had absolutely no use for them but it was quite hilarious seeing her reaction.
