I've been quite busy lately but when i get time I still put some effort into this idea.
Here I demonstrate the latest revision of the coaxial rest top incorporating a flipped vertical axis without flipping the horizontal as well.

Important:
The bearings and linear rail are listed in this description below. The rest is just whatever m3, m4 and m6 bolts you can find at your local hardware store.
This is strictly a proof of concept though and a full "down to the last detail" parts list would be misleading and I would end up with people complaining that they built it using my parts list and it didn't work. This is demonstrating that it's possible to reverse one axis but not the other.

I should point out that you're going to need threading taps to thread the holes in the printed part. If you know how to use a threading tap then you no how to buy a bolt or screw to screw into it.

I'm not being facetious, just being open and honest.

3D printing interrelated parts is not as simple as youtubers fake it out to be. Yes... "fake it".
There is a lot of extra work that has to go into tuning the design to the printer it's being printed on and the slicer that's slicing it. Even 0.1mm can be the difference between being loose and 1 hour of flat sanding to make it a smooth fit.
