We have more than one person who pointed out that lifting up on the screen lightly while turning the screws can help them to grip better when the threads or worn so feel free to give that method a shot if your screws are just spinning around. A company sent me thread lock to try but unfortunately the texture was far too coarse as it was designed for much larger screws. However there is a comment below stating that sand might work and I guess that if it were fine enough that would make sense when used with a stripped out screw head. Just try not to get sand inside of your phone if you decide to give it a try.
