At 8am, plenty seat. At 9am, tables almost all occupied :)

One Nasi Lemak with 2 side dishes (exclude 1 hard boil egg) & 1 drink costs around RM12-15. Worth every penny.

Parking was fairly easy, couple of paid (RM5) parking spot available exactly opposite restaurant.
