This video focusses on the Magnum 3L Smokai cold smoke generator from New Zealand. This one was bought back to the uk by Clive who is one of my subscribers who just happened to reach out to me whilst on holiday in Australia and very kindly bought it back in his luggage.

In this video I unbox the Smokai cold smoke generator and give it a quick once over culminating in a test in the garden with some wood chips I happened upon. First impressions are that this bit of kit is well made and packaged. The smoke density is adjustable which is good as it means it can be fixed to a variety of different sized cold smokers.

I will be posting a video next week where I’m fixing it to my stacker smoker and smoking something fishy perhaps…
