Posh Diana Jo is my baby and I officially formed the LLC in June of 2021. Our motto is “Show Up, Take Control, & Lead!” This comes from a call to action that I laid out during a speech that I did for the National Urban League Annual NULITES Summit in 2007 after I was formally introduced by President Marc Morial.

The NAACP Powershift Entrepreneur Grant is Daymond John’s quest to find and award up and coming Black Entrepreneurs $250,000 live on Black Entrepreneurs Day. Black Entrepreneurs across the country can apply now for the chance to win $25,000 each to help them grow and scale their businesses.
