Where: Alfred's on Beale, Memphis Tn.�When: 11:30am-4:00pm, Thursday, January 15th during International Blues Challenge week 2026.
National Women in Blues presents the 2026 WiB Showcase, thanks in large part to the International Blues Challenge and The Blues Foundation, Crystal Vision Stained Glass and Endless Blues Records.

2026 marks the National Women in Blues 20th Anniversary! Join our celebration at the WiB Showcase, taking place at Alfred’s on Beale and BB King Blvd, January 15th from 11:30am - 4:00pm. The event is FREE to the public, donations suggested for the Blues Foundation General Fund. Our mission is to level the field for female blues artists and we are honored to be showcasing female blues artists in Memphis, Tn!

We are excited to announce this year’s showcase MC and Featured performer, the magnetic Shaun Booker of the Shaun Booker Band. She has toured extensively throughout Europe and South America, earning worldwide recognition for her dynamic performances. She will be backed by Meg Williams (House Band Director) on guitar, Diane Rudolph on drums, Holly Montgomery on Bass and Amy Frederick on keys.

Our showcase also includes performing artists, Meaza Joy, Melissa Mckinney-MAMA, Effie Burt, Tina Cossey, Bambi Alexandra, Sunny Bleau, Mari "Mari Mack" Tamburo, Julia Cruz Magness, Tina Jackson & Elizabeth Hangan, Jill Dineen, and Taylor Newville.

Everyone’s talking about all the new faces performing and a few very familiar ones with talent across the board. It is exciting to be part of the International Blues Challenge week of events. The Blues Foundation continues to support women in this music world we love, called the Blues! This year’s event is dedicated to the memory of our Chairman of the Board, Kyle Deibler. He did so much for this organization and for the blues world as a whole. He will not be forgotten.
