शिरवाळे रेसिपी | गौरी गणपती स्पेशल

गणपतीसाठी आणि गौरी पूजनाच्या निमित्ताने बनवला जाणारा खास गोड पदार्थ म्हणजे शिरवाळे. अतिशय पारंपरिक, सोपा आणि झटपट होणारा हा पदार्थ नारळाच्या दुधासोबत अप्रतिम लागतो. चला तर पाहूया ही खास रेसिपी.

📌 साहित्य :-

• तांदळाचे पीठ - १ कप
• मीठ - चिमूटभर
• तूप - १/२ चमचा
• नारळाचे दूध
• वेलची पाउडर
• गूळ
• केशर
• पाणी

📌 Ingredients :-

• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Salt – a pinch
• Ghee – ½ tsp
• Coconut milk
• Cardamom powder
• Jaggery
• Saffron
• Water

📌 कृती :-

1. सर्वप्रथम कढईमध्ये पाणी गरम करायला ठेवा.
2. त्यामध्ये मीठ व तूप घालून पाण्याला उकळी येऊ द्या.
3. पाणी उकळल्यावर त्यामध्ये तांदळाचे पीठ घालून छान मिक्स करा.
4. झाकण ठेवून १० मिनिटे तसेच ठेवा.
5. १० मिनिटांनी पीठ मऊ करून घ्या.
6. हे मऊ केलेले पीठ सोऱ्यामध्ये घालून शिरवाळे तयार करा व ८-१० मिनिटे स्टीम करा.
7. नारळाच्या दुधामध्ये गूळ, वेलची पाउडर, केशर व चिमूटभर मीठ घालून छान ढवळून घ्या.
8. वाफवलेले शिरवाळे नारळाच्या गोड दुधासोबत सर्व्ह करा.

📌 Method :-

1. Heat water in a pan.
2. Add salt and ghee, and bring it to a boil.
3. Once boiling, add rice flour and mix well.
4. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, knead the mixture into a soft dough.
6. Fill the dough into a sev/mould press and make Shirvale. Steam for 8–10 minutes.
7. In coconut milk, add jaggery, cardamom powder, saffron, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
8. Serve the steamed Shirvale with sweetened coconut milk.
