Everyone knows how to make an omlette right? RIGHT?! Well, according to my mom not everyone does. So here is a very basic recipe on how we make our omlettes, with lots of chopped onions and chillies. Because breakfast isn't breakfast if my breath doesn't smell like onions and my mouth isn't on fire. Works for any meal though :)
