EB1A for Engineer approved after 2 Weeks

The biggest challenge in this case was that the client needed us to file EB-1A case within 2 weeks to ensure that his entire family would be able to immigrate to the US with him. It was a new record for the firm to prepare and file a case so quickly! We started reviewing his credentials right away to see how he could qualify for the EB-1A as an engineer at a startup company, and how his skills in AI technology could benefit the U.S.

We split our firm into teams and reviewed the strategy every morning. We dug through his patents to find the inventions that are still used today, showed that his salary was significantly higher than other engineers in his region, reviewed his publications, argued that he was a judge as a panelist of patent review group, and played a leading role in his company.
