BRMC Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Finsbury Park Live Audio - broadcast 6 July 2002

Описание к видео BRMC Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Finsbury Park Live Audio - broadcast 6 July 2002

Saturday 6th July 2002 - perhaps the very first time BRMC were exposed to thousands of people at one time for a UK gig. Supporting Oasis for their gigs at Finsbury Park alongside The Charlatans / Cornershop and The Soundtrack Of Our Lives. BRMC followed Cornershop who had to retreat to the back of the stage as they were heavily pelted with bottles of questionable content. BRMC came on & blew everyone away - just listen to the crowd as BRMC show their raw power. Possibly one of their best recorded shows ever, such a shame it was only a festival set. Highlights undoubtedly include White Palms, Fail-Safe merging into an early version of Stop and possibly the best crossover from Salvation to Heart & Soul ever. That's before even considering the epic Spread Your Love and Punk Song. What other band would dare play 4 songs not even released on any album at the time? Finally - Peter Hayes even has the balls to suggest to the crowd that Oasis cancelled - you'll just have to listen to the whole thing to find out what happened next ;)
