Thai authorities have confirmed that 42 died and 5 are still missing at a press conference this morning. All the fatalities were from the boat named Phoenix. Those on board another boat called Serenata have been rescued. At the press conference on Sunday, local police confirmed that the captains of both boats have been charged with negligence.
