Pipettes and Standard Solutions

We are just about ready to do some interesting experiments, but first we need to learn about a very important instrument, pipettes. These are used to transfer specific amounts of liquid from one vessel to another, and there are many different types depending on the volume involved and the specific application. This will be especially useful for generating standard solutions, which is something we will need to do before performing almost any chemical reaction. Let's get familiar with pipettes together!
