+3 Combat Strength for every active Alliance.
Ignores enemy Zone of Control.
No strategic resource requirement.

Infrastructure
Thermal Bath
The Thermal Bath is a unique building of the Hungarian civilization in Civilization VI: Gathering Storm. It is built in the Entertainment Complex district and replaces the Zoo.

Effects:
+2 Amenities from entertainment. (vs. +1) This bonus extends to each City Center within 6 tiles.
+2 Production. This bonus extends to each City Center within 6 tiles.
+3 Tourism and +2 additional Amenities to this city if there is at least one Geothermal Fissure within its borders.

Levied city-state units receive +2 Movement and +5 Combat Strength, and can be upgraded at no cost in Gold or resources. Levying troops from a city-state grants 2 Envoys with that city-state. Gain the Black Army unique unit with Castles.

The Black Army is a unique light cavalry unit of the Hungarian civilization (when led by Matthias Corvinus) in Civilization VI: Gathering Storm. It replaces the Courser.

Ignores enemy Zone of Control.
