To the left, you'll see various options. Below features ways you can filter through these contacts and various folders in which you can keep conversations organized.

At the top left, you can search for contacts, create a new one, and below that you can even filter by CRM user, combining this functionality with recorded phone calls offers great potential in coaching sales representatives and protecting you from liability risk if you need to quickly resolve a conflict.
To the right, you'll notice a quick resource you can use to call a prospect, add or change any current deals, manage marketing campaigns, add or remove contact tags, add timestamped notes or add tasks to be reminded about later.

The inbox is where you'll likely spend most of your time, as you can basically do anything from this central communications hub. You will definitely appreciate this feature when your campaigns start to yield responses from prospects.
