Project managers are actually hugely important 💕

They “people” so you don’t have to, & do a lot like:

📅 Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
🗓️ Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
💼 Managing and coordinating project resources
📈 Managing and monitoring project progress, including identifying and resolving issues and risks.
📣 Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders and team members.

As for managers, I’m still not sure why they haven’t been automated by AI yet but I’d love if someone lets me know in the comments 👍
