The AssaultRower Elite is a high-quality rowing machine with a sturdy build. The frame is covered by a 5-year warranty, parts are covered for 3 years, and labor for 1 year. It has a maximum user weight capacity of 350 lbs.

The Rower weighs 143.3 lbs and can be stored upright. There are transportation wheels that make it easy to roll the rowing machine around.

The Elite rowing machine uses air resistance. It has a red six-bladed fan. The harder you train, the more difficult the resistance becomes, so the resistance is unlimited.
