The transformation by design duo La Fotosintesi blends rich colours, playful contrasts, and eclectic textures, creating distinct zones for professional consultations and private living. Key interventions include a mezzanine level with a bedroom, dressing, and private bathroom; a custom-built library framing vintage Swedish sofas; and a walnut Canaletto kitchenette beneath tall ceilings. The designers embraced an intuitive approach to colour with pink bathroom fixtures—creating a space that feels equal parts home, office, and art installation. Clever zoning with custom cabinetry, glass-and-metal partitions, and layered lighting ensures privacy where needed, while preserving openness and visual connection.
