Meghan Markle birth plan: Will Meghan have a doula? The loved-up pair are renovating a new home in the grounds of Frogmore Estate in Windsor, all ready for a new start as a family of three. As the day draws closer, Meghan will, of course, be getting her birth plan ready - and that’s said to include a doula. Why Kate Middleton stands in front of Meghan Markle  The spokesman said: “The privacy of the women we support is incredibly important and therefore we cannot confirm that she has employed a doula for her birth. “We believe that all families preparing for the birth of a baby deserve a doula and would feel immensely proud if Meghan, who is such a wonderful role model, has sought a doula at this exciting time." Meghan, who has always been vocal about her support of women’s rights, will be likely to follow her instincts when it comes to planning such a personal and precious time of her life. The Duchess has also been reported having acupuncture during her pregnancy, with sources claiming acupuncturist-to-the-starts Ross Barr has had the honour. READ MORE: Why is Meghan's baby bump so high up? According to Vanity Fair, a source close to Mr Barr said: “Meghan has been having regular acupuncture sessions to help her unwind and relax. “It’s brilliant for the blood circulation and boosting blood flow to the uterus. “She plans to use acupuncture right up to her due date.” One glance at the pictures of a glowing Meghan proves that, whatever she’s doing during her pregnancy, she’s doing it right!
