This run has been optimized for in-game time (IGT) and was done in 22 individual segments. Jiggywiggy challenges as well as every cutscene that takes place in a different room/area than your character is in don't count towards IGT. IGT also stops ticking once you hit the the start button to pause the game. In order to count for the online in-game leaderboard, all 90 Jiggies (therefore all Jinjos) and all 900 Notes have to be collected. I use japanese text because it progresses faster. Credits to Madtaz64 for working out the 100% route on the Xbox version.
