Last week you saw me walking from City Square to R&F Mall. But, was it worth it?
Is this Mall going to be a future success or the next Lot 1 or Pacific Mall (If you don't know what they are, you have certainly passed them if you come to Johor. So future eyesore or future hotspot?
If you watch this vlog I will tell you what I believe the future holds for R&F Mall at Princess Cove, Johor Bahru. Will I be right?

Edit: Since making this Mid Valley SouthKey Mall has opened to 90% occupancy and massive crowds.
I am not so sure that my conclusion on R&F will be right now.
