Описание к видео URBAN SKETCHING KIT - My simple set up for sketching anywhere!

Thanks for tuning in to watch my urban sketching, ink and watercolour tutorial! Don't forget to check out my channel where I have hundreds of different urban sketch tutorials, as well as other watercolour and ink sketching guides for everyone from beginners to more advanced!

If you'd like to support my channel you can buy me a 'Coffee' on KoFi - ko-fi.com/tobyurbansketch
When I reach my goal I'll upgrade my sketching tutorials with a new camera and use my old camera to give an extra view point in my videos! Perhaps my face, perhaps my watercolour palette, or some close ups of my process!

This is a quick video to just show anyone interested what I carry around with me everywhere. And I mean EVERYWHERE.

My kit all fits into a small (A5) bag, that I can pop in whatever bag I'm taking, and barely even notice. It's my ultimate portable urban sketching rig.

I used to have a much bigger kit, but over the years I've found the only kit worth having is the kit you've actually got on you. IT has to be light, simple and mobile so you can pick it up and sketch anywhere with it.

Of course, in my studio I have drawing boards, boxes of colours, tubs of brushes and more and more and more! But this little set up I find so effective that I rarely feel the need to delve into these more extensive supplies when I'm urban sketching.

To clarify a couple of things from the video:

My pens include Winsor Newton, Rotring, Unipin, and Derwent fine liners.
I have some Faber castell tonal markers.
I have a Pentel gel pen with me.
And my colours in my palette are Hansa Yellow Med., Gold green, Cerulean Chromium, Cobalt Blue, Pthalo Blue, Ultramarine, Van Dyke Brown, Quin Gold, Raw Sienna, Winsor Green (WN), Scarlet Lake (WN), Quin Magenta, Burnt Sienna, Payne's Grey, Neutral Tint (CassArt) and White Gouache (WN). All colours are Daniel Smith except where indicated.

My pencil case is very similar to this one:

I am more than happy to do a video review/explanation of my choices of pens and colours if someone is interested - if so, please just let me know.
