No crank/No start 3.6L GM FIXED!

Описание к видео No crank/No start 3.6L GM FIXED!

2010 Buick enclave, 3.6l no crank no start with the fuel pump running constantly when key is on. Did a re and re on the engine to replace and then experienced a electrical failure a couple days after the install.Could not get the scan tool to read. Traced the fault to a bad connection on a ground terminal. Re-soldered the connection and fixed the problem.
An easy check would be to find the ground wire on your MAF sensor, center one, black/white. Put a continuity tester from that pin to any ground on motor, then reach to the front of motor bank 1 and wiggle the harness connected to the cam actuators. That harness goes just behind the head and is bolted there. If the tester flickers on and off, you have a poor connection at the terminal where the wire is soldered on. There are 9 wires in that cable that will all have a bad ground because they are crimped as one.. 1 goes to starter relay, 1 to MAF , a couple to transmission and a few to ECM, For some reason the fuel pump keeps running as well. A scanner tool won't read anything after the ABS, and there is no voltage at DLC pin 7, and elevated voltage at pin 4/14 and 4/6 above the standard 2.6V with key on.
If this can help anyone from trying to find a wire fault, I hope so.
