New video shows murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio, police say

A new video shows the moments when three people opened fire on a car at a Tampa hotel, targeting Charles Jones, known by his Florida rap stage name, Julio Foolio. This incident occurred shortly after he had celebrated his 26th birthday, according to police. Authorities identified the alleged shooters as Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy. Gathright has been arrested, while Rashad and Davion Murphy remain on the run.
