Welcome to the worst vanilla dungeon! You need to defeat all 4 fanglords, then talk to Muyoh at the entrance and escort him to Naralex, to summon the final boss, Mutanus. While the escort itself cannot be sped up, everything else before and after can.

Defeating the 4 fanglords as fast as possible and getting back to Muyoh is where the majority of the time can be saved. Additionally, after he starts curing Naralex, defeating the summoned mobs as fast as possible also makes the next wave and the final boss spawn faster.

The skip from Lord Cobrahn to Lord Pythas was discovered by me. It's a big jump into a dash.

The skip that parkours up halfway to the winding corridor was discovered by Azeroh (    / @azeroh   ). Jump around the ledge from the raptors to the other side. Jump to the opposite ledge. Walk to the end and triple jump onto the winding corridor.

P.S.: Muyoh really needs to spec into more Speed.
