Marc Dillon is one the founding members of Jolla and is in charge of the Sailfish OS development, based on MeeGo and Mer Core open source projects. Marc has 20+ years of wireless industry experience from carrier management and billing systems to device creation management. Prior to Jolla he worked for Nokia, where he focused on delivery and productization of wireless mobile devices in 2001-2012.

For the last six years at Nokia he was deeply involved in developing MeeGo and the platforms that were to become MeeGo. He designed and developed process and systems for build and releasing, configuration management, metrics collection, licensing and legal requirements for end to end productization solutions delivering eight Nokia devices including the Nokia N900 and N9. He also concepted, designed, and implemented a multi-platform customization and variant creation system to enable full automation of customization.
