Baked Spaghetti Alfredo Style

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and basil.
½ medium onion chopped
1/3 cup diced green pepper
4 small garlic cloves, grated or minced
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 jars Alfredo Sauce
1 pound box thin spaghetti,
cooked per box instructions.
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 package frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend


1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on
medium heat.
2. Sauté ground chicken or turkey
in pan on medium heat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and basil.
Stir in onion, green pepper, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until onion is tender, 5 minutes. Stir in Alfredo sauce and continue to simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
3. Cook pasta according to box
instructions and drain. Rinse under cold water.
4. Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese to the meat sauce. Stir until meat sauce is creamy.
5. Place cooked pasta in a 9 x 13- inch baking dish. Pour meat sauce over cooked spaghetti
noodles. Sprinkle with spinach. Sprinkle cheese blend on top.
6. Cover baking dish with foil.
8. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Remove foil, bake an additional 10 minutes. The cheese should be melted and lightly browned.
