In this video I will be showing you how to make broccoli and cheddar soup!


Ingredients :
1 medium onion ( diced )
1 large garlic clove ( minced)
1.5 tsp salt / 1/4 tsp black pepper/ 1/8 tsp cayenne
4 cups chicken broth
1 qrt half n half
1 stick salted butter
1/2 cup flour
24oz mild cheddar cheese ( I use blocks and shred them )
1 lb chopped fresh broccoli
3 large carrots ( shredded)
