4 cloves garlic for sauté-ing
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. kasubha/safflower
1 chicken cube
2-3tbsp fish sauce
pepper to taste
oil for sauté-ing

Toppings:
eggs
green onions
calamansi
toasted garlic or chilli garlic oil
