DIY Custom Shelves Using Slotted Angle Iron

Slotted angle iron / metal shelves are great when you can't find ready made shelves to fit the space you have.

MATERIALS
- Slotted angle metal
- Bolts (as needed)
- Nuts (as needed)
- Triangular reinforcements (support triangles, stiffeners, corner plates, corner braces...)**
- Plastic feet
- Washers
- Shelf material (wood, wood fiber cement board, cement board)
- Wall mounting hardware (as appropriate for your shelf load / walls

** NOTE: These are getting harder to obtain. You can find them by searching things like "slotted steel shelf angle" or "Corner Plates for Slotted Angle Bar Triangular Piece Angle Steel Shelf Accessories" and similar. I can still find them on ebay, amazon, ali-express, alibaba, made-in-china, ...
