Welcome to the underwater world of Port Launay, one of the most popular snorkeling spots on Mahé. The beautiful sandy beach is located near the Morne Seychelles National Park and not far from the Constance Ephelia Mahe Seychelles hotel.
However, the variety of colorful fish, sea turtles and beautiful beach make it a great place for snorkeling. Port Launay is a small bay in the northwest of Mahé, about 30 minutes drive from Victoria. Port Launay Beach is a piece of paradise in the Seychelles and has public access from the main road. In the underwater world, a wide variety of fish (around 40 species) and many corals can be easily seen. Port Launay is worth a visit for anyone looking for picturesque beaches with great snorkeling in the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean. The beautiful sandy beach is located near the Morne Seychelles National Park and not far from the Constance Ephelia Mahe Seychelles hotel. Port Launay Beach is located in the northwest of Mahé, in the Port Glaud administrative district. Getting to the beach is easy thanks to the nearby bus stop and the presence of parking. Buses from Victoria run here at regular intervals.
