when the funny Walter casts the funny Agi on the funny Minotaur and says the funny phrase and you do the funny die and go to the funny River Styx to get the funny reincarnation amirite guys :)

Anyway, tbh I was honestly kinda fearing this one considering just how hard it was to even think of a way to make a sample that sounded similar enough to the "intimidating xylophone/tubular bell" lead sound the original has, but somehow this actually ended up being the easiest cover to make by far LMAO; obviously this wasn't a walk in the park though, since I had to do some pretty heavy fixing to the solo part to make it sound closer to the original since the MIDI I used wasn't the most accurate out there, not to mention finding samples fitting enough for the instruments that aren't related to the fabled sound said above still required a bit of trial and error, but honestly those DS ports still ended up being way more painful to make, and in a way I'm kinda glad this one ended up being as easy as it was by comparison haha

Also, even though this wasn't intentional in the slightest, I find it kinda funny how I was working on this right as SMT V Vengeance was announced lol; I still have to play the other SMT games and maybe some of the spinoffs as well (mainly the Persona and Devil Summoner games, and Strange Journey if that counts I guess) alongside playing Nocturne and IV before playing V, but I'm definitely curious to see how they improve SMT V since from what I could gather it's a pretty good game, just that the story is pretty half-baked in comparison to other SMT games, so it'll be very neat to see what that game ends up being like :P
