The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today carried out raids at the residence and office of social activist Teesta Setalvad.Teesta is accused of illegally receiving funds from abroad for her NGO.

Teesta said she did not understand why the raids had been ordered when she had written to the CBI offering full cooperation with their inquiry. She also accused the BJP of conspiring against her.
