Ingredients:

For the shiitni sauce:
1 can of tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1:4 slice of onion
1-2 green chili
2-3 teaspoons of tamarind sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon of Maggie or salt

For the shiitni qumbo (spicy coconut)
100g of desiccated coconut
1 clove of garlic
1/4 slice of onion
2 green chili
Lemon juice
Salt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
