Cook Sheldon's Favourite Pasta in 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti
Butter - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1
Cherry Tomatoes - 6
Jalapeños - 2
Hotgods - 2
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder/flakes - 1/2 tsp
Dried oregano - 1/4 tsp
Your choice of Pasta Sauce - 1/2 cup (I use Classico brand, it has real chunks of roasted garlic and tomatoes)
Shredded Cheese - I used a mix of Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese

RECIPE
1. Cook your Spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. In a big pan, add BUTTER.
3. Sauté minced garlic, then onions, then add tomatoes and jalapeños.
4. Add cut up HOTDOGS and Sauté until they blister.
4. Then add salt and all the spices.
5. Add PASTA SAUCE . (If you don't like ready made pasta sauce, you can add crushed tomatoes and adjust the amount of salt.)
6. Add little bit of pasta water.
7. Simmer for a 4 minutes.
8. Lastly, add the AL DENTE pasta.
9. Mix in the CHEESE. Best is to add Parmesan but I added what I had available at home.
10. Serve hot and enjoy.
