When I first started rowing, I had zero training background. Just me, a rowing machine… and a lot of misplaced confidence. 💪😂

In this video I share the hilarious (and slightly embarrassing) story of how I completely messed up my breathing in the early days. Imagine finishing 10,000 meters, sprinting outside in the middle of winter, and standing in the snow in just boxers and running shoes… all because I couldn’t catch my breath! ❄️🙈

The lesson? Breathing technique on the rowing machine is EVERYTHING. Once you get it right, rowing turns into pure flow – almost trance-like. And with a perfectly cleaned machine… that’s my happy place. 🚣‍♂️✨
