Creamy lemon tahini dressing:   / c2seyy2rqqy  

Lemon tofu recipe:
1 block extra firm tofu, cut into cubes
zest and juice from 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt, pepper and garlic powder
Add tofu and a drizzle of olive oil to a pan and saute over medium heat until the tofu is lightly brown and crispy, tossing frequently, for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and garlic powder, tossing to coat.
