Welcome to part 1 of my Fast Bowling Conversation with Dr. Pete Alway.

Pete completed his PhD on “Risk factors to lumbar bone stress injuries and lumbar spine adaptation in elite cricket fast bowlers” at Loughborough University in 2020. So far I haven't met a man more excited about bones, which works very well in all of our favour as he is a wealth of knowledge on an injury every Fast Bowler is hopeful to avoid.
