vespa: PINASCO tubeless RIM ASSEMBLY

as sip rims and heidenau tyres (best!) are not 100% compatible AND we do love our 2 part rima for self mounting tyres, do we, so, i got the pinasco tubeless rims, here the mount, spolier: super easy!

IF all parts are included and the ventile doesnt leak LOL

dont forget to BALANCE the tyres, see the second one, urgently needed.
would have been a super vibrator...

not so easy compatible with heidenau tyres, so why is that?

the rim GROOVE is a bit small
the tyre TONGUE a bit too big
= a) not easy to MOUNT, somehow doable, but companies also refuse to.
= b) really hard till impossible to normally take them off.
you kindof need to cut them off. which doesn make any sense at all for changing tyres

which is very sad! as tubeless tyres do bring advantages. so i sold mine,
even tough heidenau k80 were pretty new AND dynamically balanced.
   • vespa TUBELESS rim: HIGHLY recommended!  

references of fail mounts:
1) local company one refused to mount it, but did mount it, but i had to promise NOT to come back for demounting, as they would damage the rim.
2) local company two failed, even tough the mechanic was also a vespa rider.
3) company three, a german gsf user, does mount a lot of vespa tyres (even balances them dynamically) simply had enough one day as he damaged anouther sip rim, so he stopped doing it at all.

he also stated a good2know:
only sip rims (regarding one part rims) do have the appropiate quality for rims.
he would only use these.
