Reynald de Chatillon was a warmonger and he did everything possible to disturb the peace of Saladin and Baldwin. In this scene, under instructions from Guy de Lusignan, Reynald raids a peaceful merchant caravan, which happens to include Saladin's sister. What are the odds right!

"I am what I am!" says Guy before he peacefully approaches Saladin's sister. Peacefully? Watch the scene and see it for yourself!
